Beacon Pub serves up a burger to remember in Whistler

If you stop in to Beacon Pub in Whistler for a meal, you’ll most definitely be served some delicious pub grub. Just be prepared for a twist on the classic fare.
“We started out, four years ago, trying to be a little bit different from what other pubs have to offer,” Kyle Maloney, the executive chef at Beacon, says. “We offer certain options that aren’t the norm.”
The result? Elevated takes on pub classics like soups, salads, chicken wings and burgers featuring some unexpected ingredient combinations.
